Lifecraft Realty is awaiting RERA's approval to develop a new residential-cum-commercial complex at Punawale in the Pune district of Maharashtra
The proposed project will cover over 1.93 acres of land parcel comprising five buildings such as building A (Commercial+MHADA) with a basement parking (BP)+G+Mezz+12 floors; building B, C with a BP+G+Mezz+14 floors; and building D,E with a BP+G+Mezz+10 floors in addition to flats, shops, restaurant and club house of S+2 floors with an additional parking facility
The project also includes the construction of a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 200 klpd with advanced technology
